The Pineapple Daisy has done it again! We took a tart Granny Smith apple, sliced it thin, marinated it in a special ingredient and then dipped them in sweet dark Belgium chocolate.

But be careful!.......They are so good, you can't eat just one!

Placed in a bed of "straw" to protect their delicate texture and wrapped up with an assortment of raffia strings.
